Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care within the unit.
• Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support in patient management.
• Administer medications and perform IV insertions as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EHR systems and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conduct regular assessments of patient conditions and respond to emergencies effectively.

Education / Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Knowledge / Experience:

• Previous long-term care or comparable hospital experience
• At least 6 months of management experience

Licensure / Certifications:

• Current Texas Nursing License
