Receptionist/Payroll
- Must have ADP Workforce experience.
Payroll/ HR duties:
Maintain and monitor employee timesheets using ADP Workforce
Record departmental hours such as overtime and report to Administrator and Supervisors as appropriate
Process changes to employment data such as new hires and terminations
Prepare biweekly payroll for processing
Enter vacation requests and maintain accurate balance of PTO earned for each eligible employee
Develop and conduct new hire orientation for new employees
Complete new hire paperwork on all new employees
Obtain appropriate log-ins for direct care staff
Monitor licensing of all staff and ensure all licenses remain in active status
Assist department supervisors with informing staff of current policies and procedures
Accounts Payable duties:
Review all payables invoices and process for timely payment
Obtain W9s and set up new vendors
Contact vendors with any billing issues
Other duties as assigned
Receptionist duties:
Answer phones and screen incoming visitors if needed
Manager-on-Duty
