Chief Financial Officer, bringing nearly 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, finance, technology, and public accounting.

Throughout his career, Josh has led finance organizations through transformation, operational improvement, technology modernization, and growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Vertical Health Services, where he helped strengthen the financial foundation of a $200+ million post-acute healthcare organization. His previous leadership experience includes Generations Healthcare, GE Capital, American Express, Yale New Haven Health, and KPMG. Josh is recognized for building high-performing teams, partnering closely with operations, and leveraging technology to improve financial performance, accountability, and decision-making. He holds a Bachelor in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.

Josh and his wife, Elise, have been married for 21 years and have relocated from the Franklin, Tennessee area to The Woodlands. They have three children, Jack (19), Natalie (15), and Ryan (13), who along with their dog, Napa, have made the move to Texas. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new restaurants, fishing and hunting, and attending music and sporting events. He also volunteers as a high school pole vault coach, reflecting his passion for mentoring and developing others.
