CNA/Van Driver – Lonestar

Lonestar is seeking a VAN DRIVER/ CNA to join our team!

2601 Northwest Loop, Stephenville, TX 76401

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (Active)
• Must have a clean driving record and valid Driver’s License
• NO ON-CALL requirements
• Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Prefer 1 year of Driving Experience as CNA
• Will need to be able/comfortable to drive to Fort Worth area sometimes

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide hands on assistance with the daily care needs of the residents.
• Take residents to scheduled appointments.
• Provide for the residents Activity of Daily Living Skills which includes but is not limited to:
• personal grooming
• Hygiene
• Showers
• Dining assistance
• Conduct round routinely to monitor the residents’ comfort needs.
• Assist the resident with Restorative Therapy when and if necessary.
• Participate in the development of the residents Plan of Care.
• Protect the residents’ confidential information and follow the facility policy and procedures as it applies to the overall job duties.
• Report changes identified in the resident’s condition to the Charge Nurse and assist the Nurse when necessary.

Requirements:

· Certified Nurse Assistant in good standing

· Clean driving record

Knowledge / Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience

Licensure / Certifications:

• CNA license
• CPR Certification
• Texas Driver’s License
