Payroll/Medical Records
- Prefer CNA but not required
Payroll/ HR duties:
- Maintain and monitor employee timesheets using ADP Workforce
- Record departmental hours such as overtime and report to Administrator and Supervisors as appropriate
- Process changes to employment data such as new hires and terminations
- Prepare biweekly payroll for processing
- Enter vacation requests and maintain accurate balance of PTO earned for each eligible employee
- Develop and conduct new hire orientation for new employees
- Complete new hire paperwork on all new employees
- Obtain appropriate log-ins for direct care staff
- Monitor licensing of all staff and ensure all licenses remain in active status
- Assist department supervisors with informing staff of current policies and procedures
- Review all payables invoices and process for timely payment
- Obtain W9s and set up new vendors
- Contact vendors with any billing issues
- Other duties as assigned
Medical Records duties:
· Maintains established medical record files.
· Files resident information on individual charts.
· Establishes and maintains supplies inventories.
· Receives and distributes nursing supplies.
· Monitors medical and form inventories to assure adequate supply levels.
· Prepares/types correspondence, reports, other documentation for nursing department.
· May prepare and/or submit forms and documentation to and/or from physicians.
Receptionist duties:
- Answer phones and screen incoming visitors if needed
- Manager-on-Duty
- Ambassador rounds
